Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a science that promotes a natural and comprehensive approach to treating human ailments. Ayurveda means “science of life” in Sanskrit. It’s among the world’s oldest forms of treatment, founded on the idea that a patient’s physical, mental, and spiritual selves are all intertwined, and that diseases and disorders arise only when these selves are out of balance. Through specific lifestyle adjustments and natural remedies, the Ayurveda system believes in addressing the root causes of ailments. Herbal treatments, massage therapy, mindfulness, and meditation are all part of ayurvedic treatment.
